Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed during checkout. Available methods may vary according to location, currency, device, order details, payment provider, and other factors.

Payment Authorization & Verification

Orders may be subject to transaction authorization, identity checks, payment verification, fraud screening, and other security procedures.

A bank or payment provider may temporarily authorize an amount while an order is being reviewed. Authorization does not always mean that a charge has been finally captured or settled.

Checkout Security

Checkout is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers using technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect transaction information.

Prices & Final Order Total

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the applicable product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and your final order total.

Prices shown on product pages may be displayed in U.S. dollars or another available currency depending on your storefront settings.

Financial-Institution Charges

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution may apply foreign-exchange fees, international transaction fees, conversion charges, or other charges. Such fees are controlled by the relevant provider and are not charged or controlled by Avelneth™.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Valid promotional or discount codes must generally be entered before checkout is completed. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively to previously completed orders.

Promotional terms, eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, usage limits, availability, and expiration dates may apply.

Declined, Pending, or Duplicate Charges

If payment is declined, verify your billing information and contact your bank or payment provider if necessary. Pending authorizations may temporarily appear before they are released or finalized.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order details and relevant transaction information.

Order Confirmation

After an order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation is normally sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
